MITCHELL, SD -
Two 18-year-olds have been sentenced to the state penitentiary for multiple vehicle thefts and vandalism in Mitchell.

sentenced to four years. They also were ordered to pay $20,847 in restitution.
LaFromboise was involved in a brief standoff with Mitchell police in December when they tried to arrest him.
