Two Die In Rollover West Of Sioux Falls
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly rollover early Sunday morning west of Sioux Falls.

It happened shorthly after midnight on 268th Street and 463rd Avenue, west of Sioux Falls.

Raphie Phan, 17, was driving a 2004 Honda Accord and lost control on a curve. The Honda crossed the median and rolled.

Phan and passenger, Amanda Rose Doty, were thrown from the vehicle.

Both were dead at the scene.

Phan and Doty were not wearing their seatbelts.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating.
