17 Bills Signed By SD Gov. Dennis Daugaard
PIERRE, SD -

Governor Dennis Daugaard signed more bills from the 2014 legislative session into law.

Recently, Daugaard signed 17 bills that were introduced this year, including:

HB 1021 An Act to provide for judicial review of Board of Regents decisions involving student discipline and residency classification.
HB 1031 An Act to revise certain provisions related to the definition of and the diagnosing of autism and to revise the definition of a level five disability for purposes of state aid for special education funding.
HB 1052 An Act to authorize additional disclosure regarding certain insurance investigations and examinations.
HB 1064 An Act to repeal certain obsolete provisions and references concerning weather modification programs.
HB 1074 An Act to revise certain provisions concerning actions prohibited near polling places.
HB 1076 An Act to revise certain requirements relating to party fishing.
HB 1082 An Act to revise the conditions causing the suspension of a probationer's probationary period.
HB 1101 An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the board of directors of the Science and Technology Authority.
HB 1107 An Act to repeal certain outdated and obsolete provisions regarding restraint of trade.
HB 1130 An Act to authorize the use of crossbows for hunting big game animals during the firearm season.
HB 1131 An Act to clarify that a credit card is not required to establish a revolving credit account.
SB 39 An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of certain open containers of alcoholic beverages.
SB 60 An Act to revise certain provisions regarding the titling and licensing of boats and motor vehicles and to establish certain penalties for violation of those provisions.
SB 78 An Act to repeal certain outdated and obsolete provisions regarding the Commissioner of South Dakota.
SB 79 An Act to repeal certain outdated and obsolete provisions regarding the federal census.
SB 88 An Act to repeal certain outdated and obsolete provisions regarding traction engines operated over bridges.
SB 119 An Act to update and revise the statutes relating to the South Dakota Board on Geographic Names.

Only ten days remain in the 2014 session.
