Shorter Holiday Shopping Season; Sales Expected To Be Up

Holiday sales will start early this year, and you can expect stores to work hard to win your business.

That's because there are just 25 days between Black Friday and Christmas.  That's six days less than last year, and there will also be one less weekend.

A new report from ShopperTrak says you can expect to start seeing deals the day after Halloween.

Despite the shorter shopping window, sales are expected to be up two percent from last year.
