CenturyLink: Flooding To Blame For Long Distance Outage

CenturyLink customers are still not able to make long distance calls after a fiber optic cable was damaged.

Officials say crews are working Monday afternoon to resolve the outage.  The cable was damaged due to weekend flooding in Rice County, Minnesota.

Customers have been unable to make long distance calls since Saturday.

CenturyLink says it is hoping to have lines restored soon.
