Even colder air is on the way for the next couple of days. In fact, Friday may end up setting records for the coldest high temperatures in KELOLAND. For that to happen, we'll need the daytime highs to stay in the 40s and low 50s.
While we do warm a little this weekend, it's keeping afternoon highs slightly below average with many of the days in the middle to upper 60s. The numbers do return to the lower 70s for the last three days of the month, but by that time the average high in Sioux Falls is 74 degrees.
Oh, along with all this cold air, snow will be likely in the Hills of western South Dakota. Stay tuned to updated forecasts.
