Another Cool Summer Month Likely

While last week gave Sioux Falls a lot of humidity and above average temperatures, it's a different story this week.  High temperatures will remain below average Monday through Thursday.  The average high falls to 80 on Friday and 79 on the last two days of the month, but the current forecast has highs returning to and above average for the last three days of the month.

If the forecast holds true, Sioux Falls will have an average high of 80 degrees this month, two degrees below the climate average.  It will keep the cool trend of summer going as July's highs were below average by four degrees and June was below by one.

Even though temps will warm as we start September, we all know this week is just a taste of what's to come.
