Philadelphia 76ers Assign Moultrie To Sioux Falls Skyforce

NEW YORK

The Philadelphia 76ers today assigned Arnett Moultrie to the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the 76ers' NBA Development League affiliate.  The assignment is the 66th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons, while Moultrie becomes the 42th NBA player to be assigned to the NBA D-League this season.

Moultrie (6-10, 245, Mississippi State) joins the Skyforce having played in 11 games for the 76ers this season, averaging 1.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 5.5 minutes.

Moultrie was drafted with the 27th overall pick of the 2012 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat, then traded to the Philadelphia 76ers for Justin Hamilton and a future first-round draft pick.

He will be in uniform tonight when the Skyforce hits the road to take on the Texas Legends at 8 p.m. at Dr. Pepper Arena.

76ers fans can follow Moultrie during his time with the Skyforce by logging onto NBADLeague.com to watch all of the team's games live, online, for free.
