Canaries Holding Raffle To Benefit Wessington Springs

SIOUX FALLS, SD– The Sioux Falls Canaries will hold a raffle at Thursday night’s game versus Amarillo to help raise money for the Wessington Springs Tornado Relief Fund.  Fans can purchase tickets for $10 each and have a chance to win an autographed Canaries team jersey, a suite rental for one night or a four-pack of tickets to five games of your choice.  All proceeds will be donated to the people of Wessington Springs to help in their cleanup efforts after a devastating tornado that destroyed homes and businesses yesterday.

Thursday night is the rubber game against the Sox. First pitch at the Birdcage is at 7:05 PM and fans can purchase raffle tickets at that time.  Game tickets are available at the box office or by calling 336-6060. Fans are encouraged to come early and take part in the Canaries tailgate party outside the main gate beginning at 5:30. Fans can take part in different tailgating games while enjoy $1 beers until first pitch. After the game, join fans on the party deck with live comedian Nate Hults.
