Voters can begin turning in absentee ballots Friday in South Dakota for the 2012 election which is still more than five weeks away.
In addition to the presidential race and the US Representative race between incumbent Kristi Noem and Democratic challenger Matt Varilek, South Dakota voters will also select two Public Utilities Commissioners. They'll also decide on four constitutional amendments, an initiated measure and two referred laws among other races.
Voters who would like to fill out their ballot early can visit their local county courthouse or request an absentee ballot through the Secretary of State's website.
That's also where you can view a sample ballot and find your polling location for Election Day.
