Augustana's Emily Kvidera has been chosen Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference golfer of the week for the third consecutive week.
The senior from Blaine, Minn., secured individual honors at the Mustang Invite, matching the tournament record with a two-under-par 70 on Sunday. She finished with a two-over-par 146 at the Marshall Golf Club. She has four top-five finishes this season.
Augustana fired a 624 to win the team title for the third consecutive season. Coach Peggy Kirby's Vikings finished 22 strokes ahead of runner-up Concordia-St. Paul.
Kvidera previously was cited by the NSIC for runner-up finishes at the Drury University Fall Shootout and the Wildwood Lodge/Concordia Invite.
The NSIC's newcomer of the year as a freshman, Kvidera has earned conference player of the week honors six times during her collegiate career.
Augustana competes in the South Dakota State University Invite Sunday, Sept. 30.
