SD Security Director Says Vigilance Still Needed

The director of Homeland Security in South Dakota warns about public complacency in the wake of Osama bin Laden's death.

James Carpenter says people can't let their guard down. He said federal authorities have warned states of possible retaliation against the United States.

He says that state Homeland Security directors were notified Sunday afternoon that something important had occurred.  They received more details Sunday night and Monday morning.
