Saturday Boredom Busters

Enjoy all the fun under the big top inside the Sioux Falls Arena today.
The Shrine Circus has three performances today: 10 am, 2:30 & 7 pm.
Tickets are $8 for general admission.
Reserved seats are $16 for adults and $11 for kids.

The Bowden Youth Center needs your help to turn the center into a "boutique" today.
You're asked to drop off gently-used articles of clothing for families in-need between noon and 2 pm.
Any type of clothing will do, including kids clothes, even accessories like purses and costume jewelry.
Shoe sizes need to be labeled on the toe.
You'll receive a receipt for tax purposes when you drop off items.
Any leftover items will be donated to the Volunteers of America Thrift Store.

The South Dakota Rock & Roll Music Association inducts the second class of honorees into the South Dakota Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The induction ceremony and concert starts at 6 pm at the Ramkota Exhibit Hall.
Tickets are $20.
A free autograph session will be held at 2:30 pm.

Augustana College is hosting a Women's Walk for Athletics.
Money raised at the walk will go toward academic scholarships for women student-athletes.
The walk starts and 8:30 and ends at the Elmen Center with breakfast and prize drawings.
You can also take part in an interactive wellness expo.

The March for Babies gets underway at 8:30 this morning at the Empire Mall main entrance.
It's a fundraiser for the March of Dimes.
The money raised will go to programs to help babies get a healthy start in life.
Registration begins at 7:30 am.

Tickets go on sale today for country music star Carrie Underwood's concert in Sioux Falls.
Tickets will be available starting at 10 am through the Sioux Falls Arena box office or Ticketmaster.
Her concert is December 5th.

The bluegrass show "East of Westreville" will be playing tonight at The Grand Opera House in Dell Rapids.
Showtime is 7:30.
Tickets are $15.
