October Outlook: Warm And Dry

After the summer we endured, we were definitely due for a nice stretch of weather.
It finally started at the end of September and it looks like it'll continue into October.

Looking at the long term outlooks, we can expect temperatures to stay above normal. As far as precipitation, it also looks relatively dry. The greatest chance for dry weather is just to the south of KELOLAND but the forecast is still calling for a good chance of below normal precipitation.

There are a couple of things to look out for in October. First off, we do average about an inch of snow for the month. Secondly, many spots are overdue for their first frost, something that may happen for the far east this weekend.
