A former president of the Bandidos motorcycle gang's South Dakota chapter is facing federal drug charges.
The Black Hills Fugitive Task Force arrested Scott Anthony Martin in Rapid City Wednesday and lodged methamphetamine charges against him.
He's accused of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute meth.
