Sunday Boredom Busters, April 8th

South Dakota's best high school basketball players are competing Sunday as part of the Sanford Pentagon/KELOLAND Media Group All-Star Weekend   The Girls All-Star game tips-off at 1 p.m. at the Sanford Pentagon.   That's followed by the Boys All-Star Game at 3 p.m.  Admission is $5 for adults, the games are free for fans under 18.   If you can't see the games in-person, they'll be live-streamed on
The top bull riders in the world are competiing in PBR Unleash the Beast at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.  The competition begins at 1:45 p.m. Tickets are available at the KELOLAND Box Office.  

The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra performs a Family Concert in the Mary W. Sommervold Hall at the Washington Pavilion.   The performance is at 2:30 p.m.  Children can attend the concert for free with the purchase of an adult ticket at the Pavilion Box   

Musicians with Dakota Weslyan, First United Methodist, Sioux Falls Christian School, and Heartland Handbells will perform a Handbell Concert at First United Methodist at 4 p.m.  Admission is free.  The church is located at 401 S. Spring in Sioux Falls.

Zion United Methodist Church in Beresford is serving a Roast Beef Dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children, free for kids four and under.
Sioux Falls VFW Post 628 is serving an all-you-can-eat Pancake Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children.  The VFW is located at 3601 S. Minnesota Avenue.  

See 19 life-like dinosaurs on exhibit at Dino-Roars in the Delbridge Museum of Natural History at the Great Plains Zoo.  Hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The cost is $3, plus a zoo admission.  Dino-Roars runs daily through April 15. 

Films playing at the Wells Fargo CineDome in the Washington Pavilion include Journey to Space, Mysteries of China and Amazon Adventure.
