A state prison inmate who failed to report to his work release job in Sioux Falls on Saturday May 11 is back in custody.
Inmate Robert Cadotte turned himself in to law enforcement this afternoon. He has since been returned to the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
Cadotte left Unit C, of the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary this morning to go to his work release job, but never showed up at the work site.
Cadotte is currently serving a five year prison sentence for a fourth DUI offense out of Roberts County.
