The Spring Fever Shopping Fair features local artists and vendors selling their creations at the Hilton Garden Inn. The free fair goes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and also includes face-painting, balloons and a coloring contest. The Spring Fever Shopping Fair is a benefit for the Ronald McDonald Houses. The Hilton Garden Inn is located off Louise & I-29 in Sioux Falls.
The Great Life Great Plains Golf Expo includes an appearance by LPGA tour member and Sioux Falls native Kris Tschetter. The golf expo is at the Sioux Falls Convention Center and also includes a $10,000 putting contest, plus an indoor driving range and golf fashion shows. Saturday's hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday's hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $10, free for kids 12 and under.
Spellbound Theatricals presents Anne of Green Gables at the Howard Hotel and Conference Center in Howard, SD. The performance is at 7:30 p.m. and includes dinner served by The Vine from Slayton, Minnesota. Tickets are $45. Seniors and students get 10-percent off.
The Augustana Performing and Visual Arts presents Henrik Ibsen's A Doll's House at 7:30 p.m. in the Edith Mortenson Center Theatre on the Augie campus. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors.
The Mitchell Area Community Theatre presents the comedy Rumors. The performance is at 7:30 p.m. at 7th & Main in Mitchell. Tickets are $12.
Enjoy your favorite Disney songs during the Year-End Performance by the Yankton Area Ice Association Figure Skaters. The performance is at 7 p.m. at the Pine Acres 4-H Kiwanis Ice Center in Yankton. Admission is $5, $3 for students. Refreshments and hot chocolate will be served after the performance.
The Sioux Falls Chapter of the Izaak Walton League is hosting a ham dinner with wild game treats at 6:30 p.m. A silent auction will be held and raffle prizes will be available. The event is a fundraiser for youth education programs. The Izaak Walton League clubhouse is located at 5000 East Oakview Place.
American Legion Post #241 is hosting a Soup Supper from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Legion hall in Le Mars, Iowa. The cost is a free-will donation with the money going to the Northwest Iowa American Legion Riders.
