One Hurt In Pennington County Crash

One person is hurt in an early morning crash in Pennington County on Thursday.

Authorities say an SUV was driving north in the southbound lane on Highway 79 near mile marker 73 when it hit a semi truck head on.

The driver of the SUV was ejected from the vehicle and transported to a nearby hospital. The driver is in stable condition.

The driver of the semi was not injured.

Names of the drivers aren’t being released until the investigation is complete.

Alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
