Beginning on Monday, June 2, several western Minnehaha County highways will receive a chip seal surface treatment. Overall, 42 miles of roadway will be affected along Highways 104, 110, 122, 130, 146, 149, 150, 151 and 155.
Traffic will be maintained throughout the project with flaggers and pilot cars. The Minnehaha County Highway Department expects delays and urges motorists to use caution in the construction zone.
McLaughlin & Schultz, Inc. of Marshall, MN is the general contractor for the project. The project is anticipated to take four weeks.
