Interstate 29 from Watertown to Fargo, North Dakota, is now open.
The South Dakota Departments of Transportation and Public Safety say crews are still cleaning up in the area and drivers should be cautious around those snow plows and emergency crews.
Some areas are still snow-packed and slippery as snow continues to blow around and form drifts in some areas.
North Dakota officials had closed I-29 from the South Dakota border to Fargo, but that is now also open.
Interstate 90 is still closed between Murdo and Chamberlain.
