How To Help Storm Victims Recover

Many people are working to put their lives back together after losing everything to flooding and tornadoes this week.

If you would like to help tornado victims, you can make donations through the Red Cross and designate it for Wessington Springs.

Donations can also be dropped off at any of the American Bank & Trusts in the Wessington Springs area.

Vern Eide Ford and Vern Eide GM of Mitchell are accepting donations for people in Wessington Springs.  They are taking clothing, bottled water and non-perishable food items. Items must be delivered by Monday at 5 p.m.

The Trinity Christian Reformed Church has set up a hotline (712-451-HELP) for volunteers and those who need assistance in the Rock Valley, Iowa, area.  That line will be open until 9 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.

If you know of other ways to help, share in the comment area below this story.
