Happy Jacks Casino Robbed At Gunpoint

A Sioux Falls casino was robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning.

Just before 1 a.m., Sioux Falls Police responded to Happy Jacks Casino, 1915 W. 12th St, for an armed robbery. Casino employees reported two men entered the business wearing bandanas, one of the suspects was armed with a handgun. Suspect #1 ordered the clerk, at gunpoint, to lay down on the floor and then removed the till from the register. Suspect #2 approached two customers and told them to face away from Suspect #1.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 5'8" to 5'10" with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with a black bandana covering his face. Casino employees described Suspect #2 as a male with possibly a blue bandana on his face.

No one was injured during the robbery. The suspects fled in an unknown direction and are still at large.
