Rapid City, SD
Authorities have filed charges in a Rapid City Child pornography investigation. KELOLAND News has been following the case involving a hospital worker
The suspect, 21-year-old Gordon Bagneschi, is a patient care technician at Rapid City Regional Hospital. It's a position that works directly with patients. Hospital officials tell us he's been on leave since the accusations surfaced and will remain on leave until the case works its way through the courts.
Now, a federal Grand Jury has decided there is enough evidence to charge him with two counts of child pornography.
According to court papers, Bagneschi downloaded several illegal pictures and videos using a Dropbox account; the victims include children, toddlers and even an infant.
Authorities searched his Rapid City home last week and took several cell phones, computers and hard drives as evidence.
