Following sexual assault charges against two University of South Dakota football players, the school is hosting a "Sexual Assault Awareness Town Hall" on Monday.
It starts at 7 p.m. in Farber Hall in the Old Main building on campus. Tena Haraldson, director of communications with USD, says while it is an open meeting, the school requests that no cameras go inside.
Heraldson says that the school believes a camera "would discourage the conversation" about the topic at hand. She also said that no specific cases would be discussed.
While we won't be able to record the meeting, KELOLAND's Dan Santella will be attending it. Look for his report on the discussion on KELOLAND News at 10.
