Unlike other files which must be downloaded in their entirety before viewing, you can begin watching streaming video almost immediately. Your computer will download the pictures bit by bit, creating a steady stream of audio and video.
Connections to the Internet are limited by bandwidth and/or modem speed. This is why streaming video looks different from the video you see on TV. The images are lower quality and not quite as sharp. It is completely normal and should be expected.
