I've done some
triangulation among my sources and I've come to this conclusion:
Chevron will build the so called "Gorilla" refinery near
Elk Point, SD.

I won't tell you who my sources are. But I've independently determined from what I have learned that it won't be the Huddlestons who take this project forward.
They may sell their interest to Chevron at a nice profit, but ultimately, it will be Chevron who makes the so-called Hyperion project happen.
I've not confirmed this from anyone, I've simply deduced it from my sources. Interestingly, my sources don't know one another but are in positions to know what is going on or have special insights.
Admittedly, I may well be wrong. I may be wrong that it is Chevron. I may be wrong that it even goes forward.

But before the year is up, maybe even yet this summer, I think you'll see Gov. Mike Rounds announcing the project is a go.
If I'm right, you heard it here first. If I'm wrong, I'm just one of those stupid bloggers who don't know nuthin'.
