Because of the FCC's actions, KELO-TV will be the last of South Dakota's stations to make the full switch over from analog to digital TV.
"We tried to be flexible and let people go early if they wanted to, so long as somebody remained on like a night light, to allow those who were still on analog to have some programming," FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein said.
