WHO CAN ENTER
1. Any U.S. resident 18 years of age or older and lives in the KELOLAND TV viewing area as defined by the Nielsen Designated Market Areas for Sioux Falls and Rapid City at the time of entry.
2. Employees of KELO-TV, participating businesses, and their immediate families are ineligible.
HOW TO ENTER
1. No purchase necessary to enter.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Register on KELOLAND.com using the form below.
2. Five winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on May 12, 2008.
3. The number eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. Contest begins April 21, 2008 and ends May 11, 2008.
4. The prizes are valued at $50.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. All prizes are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes, license and registration fees upon claiming prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes.
2. All winners agree to use of their name/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
3. All entries are the property of KELO-TV and use of said information will be in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. KELO-TV accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
