Watertown police found the remnants of a meth lab when they searched a home at 610 7th Street NE. The investigation then took them to a second location about a mile away on 6th Street NE where they found what appears to be the beginning of a meth lab and a small amount of the drug.
Nathan Hallman is charged with making meth. Hieth Conley is charged with aiding and abetting the manufacture of the drug. And Stacy Smith is charged with keeping a place where controlled substances are used, kept or sold.
They could face more charges and police expect to make more arrests.
