Authorities found the body of 20-year-old Jordan LeBeau inside a north Sioux Falls home two weeks ago. Both Jordan and his dad, 48-year-old Jason LeBeau, had been shot. A few days after the crime, authorities learned it was a robbery gone bad.
The latest person arrested is 21-year-old Austin Hogan of Hartford, South Dakota. He's charged with attempted robbery and burglary.
Watertown teens, 18-year-old Brian Anderson and 17-year-old Trevor Kruthoff, have been charged with first degree murder and attempted murder.
In an indictment filed late last week, 20-year-olds Kevin Rice and Douglas Scholten both of Dell Rapids, South Dakota, are also charged with first degree murder. In addition, both men are also charged with first degree robbery, burglary and aggravated assault.
