SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Sioux Falls police have arrested a man on drug charges for the second time in less than a month.
The Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force served a Federal search warrant at 816 N. French Avenue just after 7 p.m. Wednesday. They found a substantial amount of meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and also seized a firearm and some cash.
The homeowner, Lester Estenson, was arrested on various federal drug charges including possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to distribute it.
Police also arrested Estenson during a drug bust at his home on November 8. That's when the drug task force found what police called a "huge amount" of pills to make meth.
