The Sioux Falls community will gather Tuesday night to honor law enforcement officers and remember those who have lost their lives while serving.
Project Blue Light kicks off at 6:30 at the north entrance of the Empire Mall. Police Chief Doug Barthel and Harrisburg Mayor Julie Burke-Bowen are scheduled to speak.
As part of the project a tree decorated with special blue lights will be displayed at the mall all holiday season.
