Parade of Lights 2012 Grand Marshal Announcement

Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. (DTSF) is pleased to announce that Craig & Pat Lloyd have been selected as Grand Marshals to lead the 2012 Parade of Lights.
Craig and Pat Lloyd have contributed to countless development projects in the downtown area and have evolved their small firm into one of the premier property management and development companies in the state. Through their passion for this community and working together with DTSF and numerous other local and regional organizations, Craig and Pat have helped strengthen the vitality of downtown, preserve our history and achieve the area’s vision for the future.
Projects they’ve been involved with include the first apartment units along the Beadle Greenway, River Tower Apartments, Van Brunt building renovation, Tri-State and Larson development projects, Safe Home, a place where those in need can find the services they need to get back on their feet as well as the recently constructed Lumber Exchange building. Current downtown projects the Lloyd Team is a part of include transforming the former Youth Enrichment Services building into the Uptown Exchange Lofts and the Hilton to be built along the river by Eighth Street.
Dedicated to ensuring growth and vitality throughout Sioux Falls, Craig and Pat also remain active community leaders, partnering with local nonprofit organizations and donating land and labor, financial assistance, and other resources to better our community.
This year’s Parade of Lights presented by CenturyLink will take place this Friday, November 23rd at 7:30 pm along Phillips Avenue from 14th – 5th Street in historic downtown Sioux Falls. Immediately following the parade, an awards party will be held at the Holiday Inn City Centre where five awards will be given to the entries that dazzled the judges. The public is invited to attend. Please join us at the 21st annual Parade of Lights, the official kick-off to the holiday season in downtown Sioux Falls!
