Sioux Falls police are on the scene of a standoff on the 1800 block of East 3rd Street. That's a block north of Meldrum Park, which is on East 6th Street.
Police were called to the home around 1 a.m. for a report of a man who's in his home with a gun. They're not sure whether anyone else is inside with him.
Lewis Avenue and 3rd Street are blocked off.
