A Rapid City Optometrist is going to jail for Medicaid and Medicare fraud.
In October, 60-year-old Cary Feldman admitted to filing more than 4,700 false claims.
The judge gave Feldman a suspended prison sentence because he's paid back more than $237,000.
Instead he'll serve 180 days in the county jail.
Before being sentenced, Feldman apologized admitting he made a really bad mistake.
