	Weider Crossbow Home Gym like new (hardly been used) $200 obo Sporting Goods > Fitness Equipment The Weider Crossbow home gym claims you can perform over 65 exercises with the standard 240 pounds of resistance (the resistance can be upgraded to a full 440 pounds for an additional expense) but that's a stretch in my book. Of the 65 exercises not many of them are exactly gym quality. There is no way to make a workout machine that can do 65 exercises and not have to have any compromises somewhere (the rowing feature isn't that great for example). One of the advantages of the Crossbow vs Bowflex is that the Crossbow comes standard with a leg developer (you will have to change the cable when you use it though), where on most of the Bowflex gyms that same leg developer will set you back a nice chunk of change.
