Weider 9645 three-station home gym includes an assisted dip and pull-up station, which are unusual finds in any home gym and offers the convenience of being able to do dips and pull-ups, as well as not having to switch handles or pulleys between exercises. It measures 66 inches long by 86 inches wide by 78 inches high.
The Weider 9645 has two weight stacks. The middle station's weight stack, for the chest press/butterfly arm/leg lever/high pulley/low pulley attachments, has one 6.5 lbs. weight plate and eight 12.5 lbs. weight plates. The other weight stack, which serves the dip/pull-up assist station and the leg press/military press station, contains one 6.5 lbs. weight plate and 10 12.5 lbs. weight plates.
How much weight you actually lift with each attachment depends not only on which weight plates you select, but the mechanical advantage and friction present in the pulley system for each attachment. The maximum weight for each attachment is as follows:
