Introduction to ArcGIS II

LOCATION:
S.D. School of Mines campus, Rapid City

DESCRIPTION:
This course builds on the material from the previous workshop through a more integrated look at geoprocessing, or stringing GIS functions together to achieve the desired result. It also moves beyond feature-based analysis to cover raster display and analysis of surface data such as topography, precipitation, and aerial or satellite imagery.

This course introduces many advanced applications including landscape/resource analysis, interpolation techniques, watershed modeling, and image handling. Course participants should already be familiar with the basic display and analysis functions of ArcMap and ArcCatalog.

$350 per person
