Man Starts Bicycling Courier Service In Rapid City

Man Starts Bicycling Courier Service In Rapid City
Rapid City

RAPID CITY, SD -

A South Dakota man is braving the cold temperatures as he starts a new carrier service in Rapid City.

Dan Rose started 219 Cycle Courier at the beginning of the year. The same-day service will deliver everything from packages to envelopes and lunches in downtown Rapid City and surrounding areas.

Rose says he will deliver in all weather conditions.

He says 219 Cycle Courier is an eco-friendly option to other courier services. He says the idea to deliver packages by bicycle is not a novel idea. He says it's been used in larger city for years.

But he says now it's time for Rapid City to join in.
