Kyla is a graduate of The University of South Dakota (BA 2005 and MA 2008). She works as a child protection social worker in Seattle.
Travis is a 1998 graduate of Indiana University and a 2006 graduate of The University of Colorado (MBA). He works for Microsoft in Redmond, WA.
The couple live in Issaquah, WA with their two dogs, Gus (pug) and Rudi (pekingese).
A June wedding, in Washington, is planned.
Kyla's parents are Kim and Valerie (Billie) Madsen, of Carpenter. Travis is the son of Craig and Cindy Scott, of Georgetown, IN.
