April grew up in Renner, SD. She attended Brandon Valley High School. After graduation, she attended SDSU for a year before transferring to Southeast Technical Institute for a degree in licensed practical nursing. She is currently in school to finish up her degree in registered nursing. She works at the Minnehaha County Jail as a nurse.
Tyler grew up in Baltic, SD. He graduated from Baltic High School in 2006. After graduation he started working in the HVAC business where he currently is employed.
We met in 2007 at a mutal friends fourth of July party and started dating a few weeks after that. We were engaged in October 2012 after being together for 5 years.
