Carri grew up in Pierre, SD until she graduated High School. Then she decided to move to Sioux Falls to go to College at Southeast Tech.

Adam grew up in Roxborough Park, CO and then after graduating he furthered his education at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley.

I (Carri) moved to Colorado for a change of scenery from Sioux Falls, SD. I met Adam in Littleton, Colorado at Public Service Credit Union. We both worked for the same company just at two different locations. He came to fill in for someone who was out sick at my location and it all starts from there. Adam wasn't very fond of me at first because he said he thought I looked like a snot. I didn't think much of him either. I guess we just had bad first impressions of each other. Throughout the day we became very fond of each other and started communicating through work emails (oops). Well we started to really like each other and decided that we should go on a date. He took me out on a date to Casa Bonita. We watched Cliff Divers and had dinner together. We didn't want to start dating each other or get serious because I wanted to move back to South Dakota. Although, from our first date I knew he was going to cause my heart trouble. I knew in my heart that he was "the one" for me on our first date. I got offered a job in Sioux Falls, SD and I told him I was going to accept it and put my two week notice in at Public Service Credit Union. I told him to join me in South Dakota if his heart desired. Well here we are now...In Love and So Happy living in Sioux Falls, SD! I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my bestfriend!

We are so blessed and incredibly happy to be able to share this wonderful day with our friends and family! We will be getting married at The Palisades in Garretson, SD. Reception to follow at Brandon Golf Course. May 12th, 2012 is going to be an AMAZING day!

Carri's parents are Jay & Lorri Schlaak of Pierre, SD. Adam's parents are Steven & Christina Bossert of Roxborough, CO.
