The Bride was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD. Graduated from Washington High School in 2004 and attended the University of South Dakota for Psychology and Secondary Education. She is currently employed as a full-time Lead Residential Assistant at Dakotabilities while pursuing her nursing career.

The Groom was born in Lake Preston, SD and was raised in Benford, ND. He graduated from Midkota High School in Glenfield, ND in 2002 and attended Dakota State University for Information Technology. He is currently employed with the South Dakota National Guards as a Track Mechanic, the Best Buy Geek Squad, a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association of Sioux Falls, and a full-time student at Colorado Technical University for Information Technology.

The couple was introduced in June 2011 by a mutual friend. Since meeting, they've been absolutely inseparable. They enjoy motorcycle riding and long trips, movies, and music concerts.
