As part of a recent agreement with Nike, the South Dakota State University football team will take to the field in new uniforms during the 2007 season.

The new jerseys are made of a durable and form-fitting porthole mesh fabric. The Jackrabbits plan to wear blue jerseys with yellow pants for most home games, while wearing blue jerseys and blue pants for select games, such as Hobo Day. On the road, SDSU will wear white jerseys with either blue or yellow pants.

The five-year agreement with Nike includes a yearly allocation of products and a stipend which the university can apply toward the purchase of other athletic apparel.
