Passengers on an Allegiant Air flight out of Sioux Falls had an unexpected lay over Wednesday. The Los Angeles bound flight made an emergency landing in Las Vegas after the smell of smoke filled the cabin.
The pilot landed as a precaution and it turned out to be a burnt out light bulb. But, one lucky passenger stayed in Vegas because it was actually his final destination. He was flying to L.A. and had planned to take a shuttle up to Las Vegas.
