The Gregory County Sheriff's office is investigating a hunting-related death. They're calling it an accidental shooting.

A 26-year-old woman died Saturday afternoon.

According to the sheriff, she was a passenger in a vehicle. Her friend was getting back in after shooting a pheasant when he accidentally fired, striking her in the chest.
