Federal grand jurors in Pierre have indicted a 51-year-old Mission woman for an auto accident that killed another person.

Charity Faith Blue Thunder pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, which has a maximum punishment of eight years in prison.

According to the indictment, she drove negligently July 22 on the Rosebud Indian Reservation and caused a crash that killed Leona Marie Clairmont, who also went by the last name Clifford.
