Federal grand jurors in Pierre have indicted a 34-year-old Rosebud woman on a charge of arson.

According to the indictment, Crystal Ann Roubideaux burned down a house on January 11 in Antelope on the Rosebud Indian Reservation.

She also goes by the last name Provencial.

Roubideaux pleaded not guilty to the charge, which carries a maximum punishment of any number of years up to life in prison, a fine and restitution.
