Heavy rain is leading to street flooding in northeastern South Dakota.
The Aberdeen Public Works office has issued a no travel advisory due to street flooding in parts of the city.
Officials say the rain has slowed down, but the storm sewer system is full. They're asking that everyone stay put until the weather settles down.
The National Weather Service has issued an advisory for areas of Edmunds and Brown counties. Edmunds County got as much as three inches of rain yesterday.
